8 members of TRG took part in the Flitch Way Half Marathon, Essex on New Year's Eve! This was Steph's 1st Half Marathon.

Richard, Alex & Helen ran the Royal Parks Half Marathon in London. This was Richard's 1st half an amazing achievement.

Sam & Richard ran the Oxford Half Marathon. Sam achieved a PB in 1:59 and Richard achieved a New Age Category PB in 2:05. Brilliant achievements.

After completing the Berlin Marathon last month, Tom ran a superb time at the Oxford Half Marathon finishing in 1:45.

Amazing weekend at the Sandringham 24 Hour Relay Event. Team TRG completed 29 x 5 mile laps through the beautiful Estate. Great team work & camaraderie.

The High Easter, Essex 10km. Another local 10km, with Glen, David, Logan & Alex representing TRG. Some very good results for the sub 50 mins runners - David finished in 47:14, Alex ran yet another PB in 48:19 and Logan ran 48:47.

The London Asics 10km. It was an early start travelling into London for this iconic 10km through central London - a great morning for Sue, Rhonda & Jon.

There was an excellent turn out for the annual Hatfield Broad Oak 10km, Essex. Rich, Lisa, Alex, Mel, Helen, Beccy, Val, Louise, Jo & Robert. Charlotte, James & Joseph all ran PB's and Tom ran as a Horse!

St Clare's Hospice 10km Essex - Glen, Lisa, Joseph & Mel took part in this annual local 10km. Lisa & Joseph had a great race and ran Personal Best times for this distance.
