Running has always been an extremely important part of my life. I have 40 years of personal running experience, ranging from Track Club Athletics to Road Running Clubs. I have competed in Track Meetings, Road Races, Trail Races and X-Country competition and continue to do so. I have completed numerous races over traditional distances such as 10 Miles, Half Marathons, 20 Miles and Full Marathons. My personal best time over 10 Miles is 69 minutes, Half Marathon is 91 minutes, 20 Miles is 2 hours 35 minutes and the Full Marathon is 3 hours 28 minutes.
